At 60khealth Inc., we take pride in the quality of our products. Because our items are Print-on-Demand (POD), each product is custom-made specifically for you the moment you place an order. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs, but it also means we handle returns differently than a traditional warehouse.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if there was an error in printing, we’ve got you covered!
How to file a claim:

Please contact us at info@60khealth.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must include clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Once verified, we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.

2. What We Cannot Cover
Because every item is custom-printed for your specific order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

Size Exchanges: We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. Please review it carefully before ordering, as we cannot replace items if the wrong size was selected.

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the item after it has been produced.

Wrong Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the package may be returned to our facility. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.
3. Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will verify the tracking with our carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement to you immediately.
